Employees are one of the resources that play a more important and active role in an organization,\r\nthrough employees the organization can realize all plans that have been prepared until the organization\'s\r\ngoals can be achieved. Every organization that wants to develop and survive in tight competition, is\r\nrequired to make a change in order to maintain the continuity and progress of the organization in the\r\nfuture. Human resources are a very crucial factor in creating benefits that are difficult to imitate by rivals\r\nand other organizations (Erkutlu, 2011, p. 533).\r\nTherefore, managing the organization\'s human resources needs to pay attention to things that can\r\nmaintain and preserve their behaviors so that they can contribute to achieving organizational goals.\r\nOrganizations really need to pay attention to employee behavior in the workplace. When employees do\r\nsomething beyond what they should do in the workplace, and do it voluntarily with the aim of supporting\r\nthe improvement of the effectiveness and survival of the organization, then this behavior is called\r\norganizational citizenship behavior or better known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Servant\r\nLeadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation simultaneously on\r\nOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Employees of the Barito Kuala\r\nRegency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. To determine and analyze\r\nthe influence of Servant Leadership , Organizational Culture and\r\nCompensation partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of\r\nEmployees of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in\r\nMarabahan. To determine the variables of Servant Leadership ,\r\nOrganizational Culture and Compensation that have a dominant influence on\r\nOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Employees of the Barito Kuala\r\nRegency Transportation Agency in Marabahan. The data analysis method\r\nuses a quantitative method , this type of research is included in the type of\r\nexplanatory research, science can be classified as a type of causal research,\r\nnamely research that wants to find an explanation in the form of a cause-\r\neffect relationship between several concepts or several variables. The\r\nresults of the study show that Servant Leadership has a partial significant\r\neffect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable. Culture\r\nOrganization partially has a significant influence on the Organizational\r\nCitizenship Behavior variable (OCB). Compensation partially has a\r\nsignificant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable.\r\nServant Leadership , Organizational Culture and Compensation have a\r\nsignificant effect simultaneously on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior\r\n(OCB) of the Barito Kuala Regency Transportation Agency in Marabahan.\r\nVariables that have an effect dominant towards Organizational Citizenship\r\nBehavior (OCB) is variable Servant Leadership. This means that the better\r\nthe implementation of servant leadership in the organization by the leaders,\r\nthe better the tendency for the implementation of organizational citizenship\r\nbehavior by employees
